We are committed to safeguarding your privacy, to keeping your personal information private and safe, and to complying with the General Data protection Regulations (GDRP) 2018.  Here you will find information on how we obtain and use your personal information.

We collect personal information about you when you provide us with your personal details through your communication with us (e.g. email, telephone etc).  The information we collect comprises your name and contact information, including your address(es), telephone number(s) and email address(es).  We may also collect information about you that we receive from a third-party enquiry you may have used to request our services. 

We will use your information to enable the supply of information and services you have requested e.g. reports, technical design information etc.  The nature of these services may require your information to be shared with third parties such as your Architect, Agent, Builder or Local Authority e.g. for a building warrant application. 

We may retain your information for up to 12 years.  We will never sell or lease your data to others.  We will never share your completed project for marketing without obtaining your explicit permission beforehand.

The GDRP regulations provide you with rights regarding the personal information we hold about you. This includes the right to be informed, the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object and also rights around automated decision making and profiling.  You can request to see at any time what information we hold – please email your request to our data protection officer Colin Eastwood at colin@cestructural.co.uk.

We use a third-party service domain registrar, “GoDaddy”, to host our website www.cestructural.co.uk. We do not obtain information using cookies or analytical software.  This privacy policy does not cover the links within our website to links to others’ websites.  If you follow a link to another website, please note that these sites have their own privacy policies and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for them.
